Refund policy

At OnGo Apparel, all products are custom printed to order using our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. If you believe your order meets these conditions, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please send an email to info [at] ongoapparel.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method. If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, though the timing of the credit appearing in your account may depend on your bank or card provider.

Please do not return any items to us unless instructed to do so. In most cases, defective or damaged products do not need to be physically returned. This policy is subject to change without notice, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.
