Shipping policy
At OnGo Apparel, all orders are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is produced only after your order is placed, ensuring high-quality, freshly printed products.
Processing times for orders are typically 2–5 business days before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment provider, but most orders within the United States arrive within 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance and local postal service handling.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment is processed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or global shipping disruptions. We also cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ongoapparel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our print partner to issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
